What materials do Oblish products use?
We use premium materials across all products — neoprene, ballistic nylon, full-grain PU leather and aluminium depending on the product. Every material is hand-selected for durability, feel and finish. Where applicable, we use YKK zippers, MagSafe-safe linings and water-resistant coatings.
Are Oblish bags compatible with MacBook 13", 14" and 16"?
Yes. Our sleeves, bags and carry products are designed specifically for MacBook sizing. Each product page lists exact compatibility. Most carry products fit MacBook 13", 14" and 16" models.
Is the MacBook Sleeve MagSafe-safe?
Yes. Our MacBook Sleeve uses a MagSafe-safe padded lining that does not interfere with your MacBook's magnetic charging system. You can store your MacBook safely — charged or charging.
Are Oblish products water-resistant?
All bag and carry products feature a water-resistant exterior finish. This protects against light rain and splashes. They are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged.
What is the Oblish Item Tracker compatible with?
The Oblish Item Tracker is compatible with Apple's Find My network, Android devices and works globally. Compact, lightweight and waterproof — it fits in bags, wallets and luggage.
Do Oblish products have a warranty?
Yes. All Oblish products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, email us at hello@oblish.com with your order details and photos.
Shipping
Where does Oblish ship?
We ship across India — all 29 states and 7 union territories. International shipping is coming soon. Follow us on Instagram @oblish.store for updates.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4–6 working days across India. Express delivery (2–3 working days) is available at checkout for select cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹59.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order directly at oblish.com/contact or by writing to us at hello@oblish.com.
Returns and Refunds
What is Oblish's return policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition and with original packaging intact. Used or damaged products are not eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at hello@oblish.com or WhatsApp us at +91 96505 15700 with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a pickup within 2 working days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are credited to the original payment method — UPI, card or bank account as applicable.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes — we offer free exchanges for size or variant issues within 7 days of delivery. Subject to stock availability. Email us at hello@oblish.com to initiate an exchange.
Payments
What payment methods does Oblish accept?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), net banking, EMI and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
Is it safe to pay on oblish.com?
Absolutely. oblish.com is secured with SSL encryption. All payments are processed via Razorpay — one of India's most trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details.
Corporate Gifting
Does Oblish offer corporate gifting?
Yes — corporate gifting is a key part of what we do. We offer bulk orders with custom packaging, brand notes and curated gift kits for teams, clients and events. Minimum order quantity for corporate gifting is 10 units.
How do I place a corporate or bulk order?
